Ingredients goulash pepper: ground pepper, crushed pepper flakes, onion, Mondolkiri pepper (Cambodia), salt 10% per 100g, garlic, parsnip, carrot, cumin, lovage, marjoram.
We have included red ground pepper in our offer, which is characterized by a delicious, sweet taste. You can buy it in crushed form in mixtures and in ground form as a single type of ground pepper - sweet and now also goulash. Expect a distinctive taste and color, which it has acquired through traditional home processing and thanks to these properties it differs from industrially processed peppers. For regular cooking, use a smaller amount than you are used to. We guarantee color and taste with just 10 g per kilo of meat. Goulash paprika will amaze you with its earthy flavor, color and balanced composition of ingredients. Again, you will use much less than you are used to.
Paprika Pálivec represents the spicy version. It belongs to the moderately spicy varieties (SHU 2150), which is just right for regular consumption, although we don't think so when preparing it.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, free of dyes and preservatives. The mixture may contain traces of celery.
