Ingredients: paprika, coarse salt, Mondolkiri black pepper, garlic, onion, ginger, lemongrass, turmeric, coriander leaves.
Franz is a mixture where we were not afraid of it and chose the most interesting things we work with, both from Czech production and from our favorite Cambodia. The steak mixture will first surprise you with its aroma, then with its taste, and then you will just be amazed. The entire composition matures for several weeks, only then is it packaged. The pickled meat (or tofu) does not lose its natural flavor, but at the same time the individual flavors of the mixture stand out, thanks to the balanced ratio. Don't be afraid of coriander, there is really only a pinch of it. Our tip: add a little salt just before serving, preferably with a flower of salt.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, free of dyes and preservatives. The mixture may contain traces of celery.
