The Pepper and Salt mixture contains selected types of pepper from the Cambodian region of the La Plantation farm and Peruvian coarse salt. Suitable for preparing dishes where you want the taste of the food being prepared to stand out, such as beef steaks or to season sauces. Our tip: pepper sauce in butter.
